What is wellbeing?
wellbeing is an exciting new venture for city workers. It's a series of group training sessions that address your entire wellbeing through physical and spiritual exercise

We all know that happiness can come and go in a moment, but wellbeing is a state we aspire to - of physical, mental and spiritual health. Separate studies show that the company of friends, rewarding work, sufficient money, a good diet and physical activity, sound sleep, a good marriage, engaging leisure and a spiritual belief and practice all enhance our wellbeing whilst their absence diminishes it.

To quote the popular book Affluenza by Clive Hamilton and Richard Deniss:

"We often think of wellbeing as happiness, but it is more than that. It is also about having meaning in our lives, about developing as a person, and feeling our lives are fulfilling and worthwhile....

Wellbeing comes from having a web of relationships and interests. Family and friends, work, leisure activities and spiritual beliefs can all increase our wellbeing"

wellbeing for the city worker is a new way to exercise your body and mind.
