At wellbeing, we exercise in small groups. The atmosphere is relaxed and you can exercise at your own pace under the guidance of our in-house trainers. Plus, you get the chance to meet people who share your interests and will keep you motivated to improve your wellbeing.
A typical session at wellbeing involves two key components:
Physical exercise

Small group training sessions within the CBD. We do a variety of
exercise including cardio circuits, boxing and resistance training.

| Input on spiritual and physical wellbeing |
Whilst we stretch and cool down, guest speakers present on topics
such as sleep, nutrition and posture. On alternate weeks, short
insights are also gleaned from the Bible on spiritual issues such as
relationships, contentment and self-esteem.
