There are a number of trained instructors and coordinators who have a genuine interest in your entire wellbeing - both physical and spiritual.

Jordan Powell

Jordan Powell

Jordan has lead our wellbeing morning sessions in the Domain on Tuesdays.

Jordan is no stranger to running outdoor group training sessions since he first popped onto the scene in 2005. He's also a qualified Boxing Instructor and has led Boot Camp for Fitness First.

Jordan played rugby for 10 years and now runs his own personal training business where he helps his clients take positive steps to their overall health

A motivation quote that appeals to Jordan would be 'Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm!'

John Best

Dr John Best

John is a Sports Physician who has worked with elite sports groups for over 20 years including the Wallabies, Premier League Football clubs, golfers and performing artists. In conjunction with his wife Megan (also a doctor), they have spoken to various groups and organisations on the topic of 'High Performance Living' - looking at the similarities between the overtrained/fatigued athlete and the fatigued worker.

At wellbeing, John has presented sessions on sleep, goal setting and the principles of health and exercise.

Peter Kaldor and Alison Napier

Peter and Alison are involved in the co-ordination of wellbeing and work for the City Bible Forum - the organisation behind wellbeing that's been serving the business community since 1991.

When he's not running along trails or National Parks, Peter can be found hitting the streets of Sydney as he trains for the next 'big event' when most of us are still asleep. Married to Bettina with three children, Peter used to work in merchant banking before diverting to Christian ministry.

Alison has been converted from being a fitness sceptic to being a fit person in the last few years. A proud achievement indeed! When she does revert to her old ways, she can mostly be found reading a good book on the sofa. Before she started working in Christian ministry, she worked for Collins booksellers, which may be where she picked up that habit.
